My Story

Hello! Padrino how are you? I hope you and your family are doing fine. I want to tell you a little about my family and me with this letter in this opportunity. I hope you enjoy my updated information because it is especially for you with all my love.

My family is grateful for every benefit that I have received from the Ministry. Unfortunately, we are not attending any church. The LW team shared the gospel with me during the visit and I am grateful for their words. My grandmother`s name is Isabel Ruiz. She lives with us. She is a housewife and takes care of us. She raises hens and cows for our family consumption. We grow corn also for us. I ask for your prayers for provision for my family and a stable job for me.

I am Mayra Veronica Gomez Morente and I am 22 years old. I am a healthy girl. As you know, I sell “granizadas” (shaved ice with flavored fruits) in my own business from Sunday to Friday in the school of our village, and on Sunday I sell in Zacualpa in order to support my grandmother with home expenses, but I would like to have a stable job to earn more money. LW has blessed my family and my life through the delicious meals for lunch like the beef broth that I love eating there and with medicines in the medical clinic. In the future, I want to become a volunteer for the Ministry because I like to help others. I enjoyed listening to the word of God during Christmas celebration at the Feeding Center in December.
