My Story

Hello, it is my pleasure to greet you in this opportunity hoping our Lord is blessing you! My name is Byron Adonias Toj Garcia. I am already 15 years old. This year I no longer attend school due to limited resources. At the moment, I work as a day laborer twice weekly to get income. On weekends, I like to go to the church.  My mom does the housework and raises hens and a cow. Moreover, we cultivate corn for our livelihood. My dad does gardener work in Santa Cruz del Quiche and comes to visit us every 2 weeks; he is the one who sustains our home needs. I want you to pray for my family, especially for my grandma who has pain in her foot.

We are members of a Christian Church; my parents and a brother have accepted Jesus into our hearts. What I love at Christmas is the activity that the evangelism teachers prepare in the feeding program; the games and carols are very special, and I receive a gift. I thank God for blessing me with tasty food and medical care through Living Water, and the foods I love the most are fried chicken and beans with eggs. Finally, let me tell you that my grandma gave this information to the LW team to update you about me. This is all for now. Every kind of blessing over you!
