It is a great pleasure for me to write you this letter to let you know some news about my family and me. Thankfully, we are in good health condition, but please pray for us so God keeps us healthy and always provides for us. My name is Damaris Julissa De La Cruz Garcia, and I am 13 years old. I am a 6th grader, and I attend school in the morning. On weekends, I help my mother to do the chores. I am so grateful to God for being part of Living Water Ministry because they bless me with food that is a great help for us, and my favorite meal is fried chicken. I also enjoy attending the Christmas celebration at the feeding program, and what I like most is when I receive my gift.  

Fortunately, my father continues working hard to supply our needs; he is a day laborer and a farmer. He also has a small sale at the plaza where he sells hats. My mother is a housewife, and she contributes with our home expenses by selling the hens she raises. Moreover, we cultivate corn for our food. We are a Christian Family, and we attend a Methodist Church. My parents accepted Jesus in their hearts some years ago. Even though I attend church, I have not taken this decision yet, but I trust that I will do it in God’s time. I want you to know that this information was provided to the Evangelism teachers by my mother. May God bless you! and I hope to receive news from you soon.
