My Story

Hello, it is my pleasure to send my greetings hoping you are fine! My name is Lesvia Isabel Soc Hernandez. I am a 22-year-old girl. Since I do not study, I help with the housework. On weekends, I usually go to the bible study at church. My father makes a living by working as a farmer and day laborer to supply our needs; he sustains us economically. He also grows corn for our livelihood. My mother is a housewife and she raises hens. Occasionally, she sells them.

Let me tell you I love the Christmas celebration that the evangelism team prepare in the feeding program every year; the games, carols and dramas make it special. I am so blessed to receive support from Living Water; the food and medicines mean a great help for me. The food I love the most from the program is fried chicken. We are members of the United Pentecostal Church, and my parents some of my siblings and I have welcomed Jesus into our hearts. I kindly ask for your prayers for my mother´s health; she suffers from diabetes and takes medicines to stay under control. Thank God, the medicines help her a lot. The rest of my family is doing well. Let me tell you that my mother gave this information to the LW staff to share news about me. Thank you for reading my letter. Every kind of blessing over you!
