I am so happy to say hello to you through this letter. My full name is Joselin Tomasa Tino Chitic, and I want to share my 2024 news with you. I hope you find my information lovely. I am 12 years old, and I am in sixth grade. I attend school in the morning and help my mom with the household chores in the afternoon. I like weekends because I can play with my cousins. I am so grateful to LW-Adopt A Child for blessing me with delicious food. I love having fried chicken for lunch at the feeding program. Besides food, I also can receive a lovely Christmas gift at the feeding program at the end of the year.
Now, let me tell you a little about my family. My mom is a hardworking housewife who raises hens to sell. She does her best to cover our expenses and needs. We grow corn at home for our consumption. Taking advantage of this opportunity, I want to open my heart and tell you that my father has been in the United States for about three years. I did not tell you this before because my family and I were ashamed to do it. Unfortunately, he is not supporting us economically because he is in jail. Police officers found him without legal papers to work in that country, and in addition, he was drunk. We do not have the financial resources to pay for a lawyer and help my father. So, from the bottom of my heart, I beg you to pray for him and my family. We are members of the Assembly of God Christian Church. We trust in our salvation because we already accepted Jesus in our hearts. I say goodbye to you now, but thank you so much for reading my update. May the Lord reward you for your charity and prayers!
Sincerely yours,
Joselin Tomasa Tino Chitic
