My Story

Hello! I greet you in the name of Jesus hoping you are doing great. I want to share some news about my family and me through this letter. I am Axel Daniel Quintana Gonzalez and I am 16 years old. I am a healthy boy. I want to let you know that I am in 10th grade at school this year (the 1st year of my professional career to become a business administrator) and I go to study in the morning from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm. This year I decided to change my career. The last year I was studying to become an accountant. I spend my weekend playing soccer and helping my mother with chores at home. I have one dog as my pet. I enjoy attending the Jocotenango Feeding Program because they bless me with tasty meals. I like to eat the beef patties and mashed potatoes that they serve. Sometimes, they have blessed me with grocery packs. I want to let you know that I enjoyed the special dramatizations and choreographies during the Christmas celebration at the Feeding Center in December.

My family and I are grateful for every benefit that I receive from the LW Ministry. My mother`s name is Irma Yolanda Gonzales. She lives with us. Thankfully, she is in good health. Currently, she continues working in her own tortillas business in order to help with home expenses. My father`s name is Estuardo Quintana de la Cruz. He lives with the family and provides for our expenses by selling newspapers in Chimaltenango town. Moreover, he grows lemons and avocados on a piece of land that we have. He is in good health. I ask for your prayers for my school expenses. At the moment, we are attending the Catholic Church. The LW team shared the gospel with my mother during the visit and we are grateful for their words.
