My Story

My full name is Franco Silvestre Saquic Garcia, and I am glad to share a little about my life with you. I am 15 years old, and I work as a day laborer in my village. I was in seventh grade last year. I no longer continue studying because my family lacks enough economic resources to support my education. I am grateful to the Lord because I am healthy and I have not lacked work. Jesus is the Almighty, and I like hearing about Him at my church, Prince of Peace. My family and I like taking part in the vigils, fasts, and Thanksgiving services for the harvest.

Now, let me tell you a little more about my family. My young sister and I live under the care of my grandmother because my mother works a little far from our village. My grandmother’s name is Maria de Jesus Garcia. She raises and sells domestic animals to contribute to the expenses. I love her and have a lot of confidence in her. As for my mother, she works as a domestic employee in a village called Temal. She supports our family and calls us every day to know how we are doing. I want to share that my best friend’s name is Edwin Morente. Currently, we spend time together at work. Thank you so much for reading my information!
