My Story

My name Pedro Zapeta Aquino, and I am glad to share my news with you through this letter. I hope you are doing well. I am a healthy 9-year-old boy. I am in second grade this year. I attend school in the morning, and then, I help my parents to shepherd our sheep. I like weekends because I can play with my siblings and help my father work in the field. My whole family and I are grateful to you for loving and supporting me. LW has been a great blessing to us, and thanks to your loving support, I can have delicious lunches at the feeding program. My favorite food is fried chicken. My siblings and I enjoy celebrating Christmas at the feeding program because of gifts.

Let me tell you that my parents do their best to support our family economically. My father works as a day laborer for the neighbors. He also grows corn for the consumption of our family. We have hens, sheep, and one cow at home. My mom helps him to look after our domestic animals and does her chores. Fortunately, my whole family is in good health. My older sister Maria, is a girl with special needs. However, she is doing well. As for our spiritual well-being, let me tell you that we have attended a Methodist Church for some years.
