My Story

Hello! My name is Iljana Spaho. I am happy to share about myself and what is happening during this year. I am 4 years old and my birthday is on September. I am doing well regarding health. My favorite color is pink and my future dream is to become medical doctor. I go to kindergarten where I spend the first part of the day. I enjoy kindergarten because we are learning there a lot of new songs, poems by heart, we color, draw and play with toys. I have made a lot of friends from kindergarten and like to spend time to play altogether with them. When my mother takes me from kindergarten in the house, I still like to go and play outside for a few more hours. I have several friends living near my house and we meet to play with ball, elastics, etc. When evening comes, I sit to watch cartoons on television together with my brother and we spend all our time inside playing together with toys and different games. I live in a village near the town of Prrenjas. The town is not far and accessible. We go there either for shopping or whenever my parents have other things to do there. I have six members in my family who are my parents, grandparents and older brother. Our house is in good living conditions. My father goes to work in Northern Macedonia so he can provide for our family. He works for a season in agriculture and if offered a job, he continues to work in construction. My mother plants vegetables which we collect and consume in our meals and we have also fruit trees around our land and garden. During this year my mother has not planted much because of being too busy carrying for the grandparents, my brother and me. My grandparents both have retired and they receive pensions from their previous jobs. My brother goes to primary school and is also registered in the sponsorship program from where we are receiving constant help and support. We receive food packages at the program while we frequent the Bible classes, church services and the other activities that the church organizes. We are very happy to learn from the Word of God about trusting in the Lord. Thank you from my heart for the spiritual and physical care you are offering to us.
