My Story

I happily greet you, hoping you are doing well. This is Julia Guadalupe Galicia Reyes, and I am pleased to share my updated information with you through this letter. By the grace of the Lord, I am a healthy 10-year-old girl. I am enrolled in fourth grade at school. My best friend’s name is Estrella. I met her about one year ago. We usually get together to play soccer or basketball. I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to spend lovely moments with my family, like when we went to Antigua Guatemala for a walk. Let me tell you that I identify with my mom because she is a brave woman. She is a housewife and takes care of my sister and me, despite of her health problems.

Unfortunately, she has blurred vision in her right eye due to the migraines that she suffers from. She went to the city to see a doctor recently. He prescribed medicines and told her that she should do more tests to determine the main reason for her issues. So, I kindly ask you to pray for her. On the other hand, my father works hard as a farmer in a nearby place called Ciudad Vieja to support all our family needs. He is doing well, thank God. We are members of the Catholic church. We are pleased to attend the Holy Mass on Sundays. It is time to say goodbye, but I want you to know that my mom helped me to share all this information with LW.
