My Story

My full name is Fatima Alejandra Galicia Reyes, and I am so happy to greet you through this letter. I hope you are doing well. I want to share that I am a healthy 13-year-old girl. I am in seventh grade. I made a new friend about one year ago. Her name is Anyeli, and she likes playing soccer and basketball like I do. I love my mom so much because she is dedicated to caring for my sisters and me. However, it has been difficult because she has blurred vision in her right eye due to the migraines that she suffers from. She went to the city to see a doctor recently. He prescribed her medicines and told her that she should do more tests to determine the main reason for her issues.

So, I kindly ask you to pray for her. My father is working hard to buy the medicines for my mom and cover the needs of our family. He is a healthy farmer and his workplace is near our house. I am grateful to the Lord because I have spent lovely moments with my family. I remember the time we went to Antigua Guatemala for a walk. We had a lot of fun together. We are members of the Catholic church in our town. Our favorite activity at church is attending Mass. This is all for now, but I hope to hear from you soon.
