My Story

I am Ingrid Nayeli Pedro Gonzalez, and I lovingly greet you from the beautiful Guatemala. I want to share a little about my life through this letter. I am a healthy 9-year-old girl. I am enrolled in second grade at school. My best friend’s name is Sherlyn, and I met her at school. We enjoy playing with our dolls. By the grace of the Lord, my siblings and I still have our grandparents with us. I love and admire them so much. Their names are Jose and Norberta. I have had lovely moments with my family. I remember the time we went to a beautiful and big farm, which had pools. We are sure that God allowed us to enjoy that trip.

I kindly ask you to pray for my family, especially for my father. He is a mechanic, but he is unemployed at the moment. Today, he uses his savings to cover our needs while he finds a job. My mom makes a living by selling second-hand clothes to contribute to the expenses. I am so happy because my parents taught me that Jesus is my Heavenly Dad and faithful friend. We do not attend any church at the moment, so a member of the LW staff shared the gospel with my mom and me as an encouragement to seek the Lord.
