My Story

Hello! My name is Alma Osmanaj. I am 43 years old and my birthday is on May 9^th. I live in Polican with my husband and two children. Currently, I am not working because I have several health issues, including hypertension, a disc hernia, and deficiencies in both my liver and lungs. These health challenges make it difficult for me to take care of my family and myself. We live in our own house, but it has only minimal living conditions, making daily life even more challenging. 

My husband is the only one working in our family, and he has a very small income. Despite his hard work, it is not enough to cover all our needs, and we often face financial difficulties. There are times when we struggle to afford even the most basic necessities, such as food or medicine. However, we are deeply grateful for the support we receive from the church in Polican. I regularly attend the services there, and the church has been a great blessing to us. Every two months, I receive a food package from the church, which helps us to have enough to eat during these challenging times. At the church, there are also special meetings organized for women, children and youth, which provide encouragement and fellowship. The main service takes place on Wednesday.

Although our financial situation is tough, we trust in the Lord’s provision and are thankful for the support from our church family. We continue to rely on His faithfulness to help us through each day, and we remain hopeful that He will continue to provide for us. Despite the hardships, we hold onto faith and believe that better days will come. I am thankful to the Lord that He is blessing me through the Adopt a Child. God bless you in abundance.
